The Association of Credit Management Malaysia (ACMM) was established in November 1983. The ACMM is a professional organization for those engaged in all facets of credit & finance, whether you are just beginning your career or already holding a senior credit management position.
It is the ACMM’s main objective to raise the professional standards in Credit Management all over the country and to increase the awareness of the vital role it plays in improving sales and marketing, cash flow and more importantly, the profitability of every enterprise and organization.
The members of ACMM are from both local and multinational companies operating in various fields ; namely financial services, credit, commercial, legal, accounting and many other different professions. The Association aims to promote its presence so that professionals in the field of Credit Management be given the due recognition they deserve.

The ACMM is of the opinion that there is a need to create more professionalism in the credit function. The Credit Manager/Credit Executive today is a major player in almost every aspects of an organization’s business activities including cash flow management and control. It is through the Association and its membership that the standards of professionalism can be improved.
